I keep receiving an error when I try and use a promotion code. What am I doing wrong?
Please check the promotion code's restrictions. Common errors include trying a destination specific promo code on the wrong destination, or trying a promo code that expires before your desired travel dates. Another common error occurs when the user stops typing typing the promo code after six characters. Despite the fact that the promo code space looks full, if you keep typing, you can enter more characters, the text will move over.

Midwest Airlines offers multiple types of vacation packages. We offer air+hotel packages, air+car packages, air+feature packages (available online and through customer care only), multi-stop vacation packages (currently available only through customer care or your favorite travel agent), cruise packages and hotel only packages. All of these packages can be customize to include the hotel, car, flights or features of your choice, but they don't all have to!

Normally, our air inclusive vacations can be search for up to 330 days prior to departure. There may be some exceptions to this rule. Please try different date options if your vacation search is not successful.

Midwest Airlines Vacations works with every airline Midwest Airlines and Midwest Connect have a code-share with, including US Airways Express, Air Midwest and Northwest Airlines.

Can I change the sort order for flights, hotels and cars?
Yes you can. Use the radio buttons at the top of the page you are looking at, including select your flight, select your hotel, or select your car screens. Use whatever sort button is most beneficial to you.

Can I email others or myself my vacation itinerary before I book the vacation?
You can click Email at the bottom of the Package Summary screen during the booking prcoess to email yourself an itinerary quote before you confirm the reservation. This email include the itinerary details for the vacation package you selected. It is not a confirmation, or a hold on the package; the price and vacation are not confirmed and are subject to change at any time until booked.

How do I book more than one room for a vacation?
You have several options, review the list below to see which option best meets your needs.
If you need more than one room, Midwest Airlines Vacations recommends that you contact our Customer Care Center (888-253-9693) to verify availability and pricing with this type of booking.
If you want to use the web site to purchase two rooms for a vacation party, first check availability and pricing following the steps below. If you decide to book by using the web site, you can follow the same steps to confirm two separate vacation packages.
Use the web site to make a separate reservation for each room. You can check the hotel information pages for occupancy limits. Complete the entire booking process, including purchase and confirmation. Then, return to the vacation search tool to complete the process for each additional room. When I checked the vacation price yesterday it was lower than today, why?
When you price Midwest Airlines Vacations packages, you are viewing live inventory. Because prices are based on many factors, including availability of rooms/room types, flight and demand for the packages, prices can fluctuate, even within minutes. As it is nut uncommon for prices to fluctuate, we suggest that you check out different flights or alternative dates for a lower fare that is still available. The only way to secure a vacation price is to pay for it in full.

Are certain days of the week less expensive to travel on?
Yes. Our least expensive packages can be found when you depart and return on a Tuesday or a Wednesday. However, we understand that you may not have the flexibility to travel between two midweek dates. You can still take advantage of the lower rates on Tuesdays and Wednesdays by combining one of those departures with a Saturday or Sunday return, or vice versa.

Are certain times of the year less expensive than others?
Yes. Its always less expensive to travel to a destination when other people don't want to travel. Everyone always wants to go to Florida in March or over spring break, try going in May, or even September. People like to travel to Seattle in the spring and summer, try going in the winter to save some money, the same applies to New York. The same applies to any destination, travel when you don't think others want to, and avoid planning your vacation over a holiday.

Taxes and fees can include airport facility charges, federal taxes, state taxes, and government fees. The complete vacation package determines the fees and surcharges. Can I use an MAV travel credit or gift certificate to pay for an online reservation?
Yes. To apply a travel credit or gift certificate to an online reservation, first book your package online and pay in full with your credit card. Then, send your travel credit and the reservation number of the reservation you just made to the Midwest Airlines Vacations accounting team. When will I receive my travel documents?
You probably already have. All Midwest Airlines Vacations travel documents are e-documents and are sent to the email address you provided when you made your reservation. The subject line of the email will read "E-Travel Document for XXXXXX05/Your Name" with the XXXXXX customized to your Midwest Airlines Vacations reservation number.

When you travel, you are required to provide identification to verify your identity as well as that of your traveling companions. For domestic travel (inside the US), each traveler needs to carry a non-expired government-issued photo ID that matches the name(s) on the reservation. If you choose to remove the Penalty Waiver option and then cancel your vacation before traveling, you are subjet to the penalties of Midwest Airlines Vacations and its suppliers. Midwest Airlines Vacations outlines its penalties in its Terms & Conditions. We preselect the Penalty Waiver as our recommendation to protect your vacation investment. When you purchase the penalty waiver you can cancel at any point, up to the day of departure, and only incur scheduled air penalties.
