Packages counting towards MILES08 promotion begin accrual after a passengers name appears as the first name on a reservation. Bonus miles will only be awarded to the first name on the initial reservation and cannot be divided between passengers. Purchases of only one qualifying vacation package will receive the standard 500 bonus miles, not an additional 500. This offer does not apply to group reservations and Midwest Airlines Vacations reserves all rights, including canceling this offer at any time without notice. This offer is not retroactive and is not combinable with any other promo code offers. This promotion code is valid on air + hotel or air + car vacation packages only. A maximum of 20,000 bonus miles per person per year can be earned on this promotion. Miles will not be awarded until after travel on the fourth trip has been completed. Bonus miles for 1-3 trips will be awarded by December 31, 2008.
