Redeem your Midwest Miles in 3 easy steps!
Step #1: Call the Midwest Miles Service Center at 800-314-7125 to redeem your
miles for a vacation package award. Request award code MV10 for the
$125 discount or code MV5 for the $50 discount.
 A customer service representative will deduct the miles from your
account and send you an award certificate in the mail.
Step #2: When you receive your award certificate in the mail and are ready to
redeem it, call the Midwest Airlines Vacations reward desk at
800-754-9768 to check availability and pricing on your preferred vacation
package.
Advise the customer service representative that you will be using
a Midwest Miles award certificate and they will gladly help you plan
and book your vacation.
Step #3: Book your vacation!
Full payment, less amount of award redeemed will be required at the time of booking.
Your original award certificate must be mailed in and received
within 7 days of booking to complete full payment to:

- 1. You may only redeem your award through Midwest Airlines Vacations.
- 2. Reservations for Midwest Airlines Vacations travel must be made through Midwest Airlines Vacations reward desk at 800-754-9768. Please advise the customer service representative that you will be using a Midwest Miles award certificate.
- 3. Your discount is valid toward the total price of published flight and car, flight and hotel, Flight and Activity, and hotel only packages booked through Midwest Airlines Vacations. It is not valid toward air only purchases. Vacation packages and pricing are subject to availability.
- 4. Packages must be paid in full at time of booking. Original award certificate must be mailed in and received within 7 days of booking to complete full payment. Once reservations are confirmed, cancellation and change penalties apply. Contact the Midwest Airlines Vacations reward desk for details and booking procedures.
- 5. Certificate travel must be completed within the validity period as described on the face of your certificate. Certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit.
- 6. Only one award certificate may be redeemed for each booking. Award certificates are transferable, prior to booking your reservation.
- 7. Award certificates are not valid for group bookings or Travel Agency bookings.
- 8. Unfortunately, at this time we cannot honor award certificates for reservations made online.
